I have been a certified fitness trainer for the past ten years. As a teenager, I had the opportunity to represent my state and district in cricket at the under-15 level. I also had the privilege of being part of the Indian Premier League (IPL) campaign. During this time, my interest in fitness grew, and I realised that I wanted to pursue a career in this field.
At seventeen, I started my journey in cricket coaching and soon realised that I had a natural talent for training others. I obtained a zonal-level certificate in cricket coaching, which further boosted my confidence and helped me establish myself as a reputable coach. One of my most significant achievements as a coach was when one of my students was selected to play at the zonal level in cricket. It was a proud moment for me as a coach, and it further motivated me to continue to work hard and help my clients achieve their full potential.
Fitness has always been my passion, and I have been actively involved in sports since a young age. My areas of expertise include cricket coaching, personal training for the gym, yoga, Pilates, and athletic fitness training. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of training numerous individuals and groups, both offline and online. My coaching style is practical and based on personalised training programs catering to my clients' needs. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and take great pride in seeing them transform their lives through fitness.

Height growth it's mostly depends on genetic what's your father mother height and how tall people are in your family for height growth you can do good fitness plus good diet protein intake should be good 😊
