"Excellent and practical content on Lean Six Sigma made the training interesting and stimulating. Group size was just right to make interaction with strangers not too difficult. Also gave enough time to talk to each individual without neglecting others. The interactive nature encouraged honest and open communication amongst everyone which really helped clarify suggestions. A useful chance to review current techniques and focus on implementation of Lean Six Sigma practice at the workplace. Srini is a wonderfully engaging presenter, very easy to listen and the course was just the tight mix of theory, practical demonstration and anecdotes. "

"I attended Lean Six Sigma training at XergY in the month of Sept 2018. It was an amazing experience. It was one of the best training I have ever attended. Training was full of simulations and activities, these simulations were so well designed to help us understand the learning of the concept very well. The trainer had a tremendous amount of practical experience across industries which enabled him to narrate many examples with ease and answered all the questions and gave an explanation. The curriculum is well designed to help the participant understand the concept well and with ease, easy to learn and with loaded practical case studies in the material helped us to digest the hard concept with ease. The trainer is very easy to listen, with the right amount of fun, I understand they pick their trainers with a lot of care with a minimum of 50+ projects, which definitely helps the students. The venue was superb with good food and environment. Though their training goes for 11 hours, we don't feel the same. I highly recommend XergY and wish them all the best. "
