Jyothi comes across to be extremely aware of the mind- body connection. There are a few fixed yoga asanas the basics that are done regularly and apart from that Jyothi brings in a lot of varieties. Dear Mayank,
It is good to start either yoga which helps you to make your body flexible and reduces and then control the lousy body fat. If you find any trainer or institute close by to your home you can get trained 1st and do self-practice later if you are comfortable.
You can get into the gym too were the instructors would give you a particular set of exercise to do. You can also get your muscles built in the gym.

Dance can be done by any individual, But if you have good skils of dancing you can teach the same.
Otherwise if you wanted to get into professional like say, classical - Bharathanatya, kuchupudi, Kathak, Oridissi etc or contemporory, salsa, Hiphop etc you should get trained by guru/master and get certified, and then you will get well versed with the particular format of dance and teach others.
