Hi, using .NET you can go with Angular 2X. That is better for your career. If you want to move on mobile application then definitely you need to move on java, j2ee with android and IOS.

How to improve j query and java script in quickly?

Use the scripting guidelines, don't write lengthy code. In a single line character should be <80. follow the EScript guideline. And if you able to do the minification of JS file that is better for performance.
