German would be a better choice. considering their economy, with more career opportunities. India also has several German companies who are looking to hire German speakers.

Is there any validity of the certificate if asked for the German language?

Only certificates issued by Goethe institute are valid worldwide, and they are without an expiry date.

Best way to learn German?

It would help if you had a passion for learning the language. Choose a teacher with the right experience. Put in a lot of effort. Watch German programs, and try reading any German content. Develop the confidence to speak, doesn't matter if you go wrong, keep trying.

How many days are required to learn German

It depends on the level you plan to learn. A1 or beginners level can be completed within 60 hrs( 1.5 months) if it is a Monday- Friday class with a duration of 2 hrs/ day. Similar applies to A2.
