IdentityI have been learning German the past three years and I have really enjoyed learning the language and everything that comes with it. It is really fascinating to me how this language is different from other languages I have learnt/already know. I have done my entire course so far at Goethe Institute (Max Mueller Bhavan) Bangalore and have enjoyed the experience there.
From my school days I have had a passion for learning language and the linguistic ability to express one thing in different words and ways. This ability I carried with me through the whole time I was learning German and I continue to learn and enjoy the language. Completing the 4th level in German has been quite some achievement for me and keeps me motivated to go further.
So, obviously, this helps me in teaching because I know various ways of making my students understand the grammatical nature of sentences in German and what the important aspects of grasping and mastering the language are.
