"I joined the classes and paid the full fee for 20 hours Rs 7000. There was no invoice for payment for fees which was given till date despite repeated reminders which is against law. The classes were not held in time and at times finished in 30 minutes in 2 weeks only 5:30 hours of class was held. The training was conducted in very unprofessional way. There was no outline of course given. Before every class I was asked what was taught before. The class was conducted in environment where you can clearly here people chatting in background and whistle of cooker was clearly audible. At time a kids voice interrupting the call was also heard. I decided not to continue because of unprofessional behaviour of tutor and wanted refund quoting from the forst mail If the classes are dropped after FOUR--SESSIONS for any reason from the client side: Payment On Hourly Basis (500/hr) will be expected for the total number of classes ". The answer was we will not refund. I would not advise anybody for this class. Beware of this institute they are unprofessional and will not even provide you invoice for payment which they should. "

Thanks for sharing your learning experience but its really unfortunate that you had negative exp which is unfortunately happened but has no truth. I have been associated with urbanpro since 3 yrs and I am glad to have got 100's of genuine learners whom i have delivered the training and also have been awarded with rewards as Excellence award & Pro of the month for the best services delivered to 100's of students across India. As genuine trainer its my responsibility to bring the correct facts to the future students: ->Invoices are provided only by Inst. but not by the freelancers or Pvt. Trainers. ->About 156 Trainers within Bangalore region are registered, none of them would be giving you the invoice if he/she is freelancer. So the law hasn't been broken. ->Before sessions were started that was a clause of flexibility in timings (24*7-live sessions)which has 2 be decided mutually. -> Considering quality of training, training quality is justified through other 60 reviews posted by other students, and i don't believe in blowing one's own trumpet. ->If your asked about the taught lessons of past class that is a drill to check how much the student remember his lessons, it has nothing to do with knowledge of the trainer. It is done for betterment of student. ->Well, all freelancers take sessions from their home, and student as well takes session from home, so noise is expected from both sides,but we try managing them max possible. ->You discontinued your sessions as you found difficult to manage the timings,so you thought of an excuse to drop sessions and get the refund.Kindly don't misguide other students, you can continue class whenever you wish.

"I have attended two levels of Spanish Language, I found the way of teaching in the simplified way with no touch of conventional methods,which helped me to enjoy the learning. One thing was the attraction area which cannot be deferred,the class timings, were kept flexible. I was allowed to take session at my own timing preference and also Abhijeet's classes do not have any registration window, as in one can complete the complete set of designated hours for a particular level throughout the complete year.Really he is different from other trainers in his techniques and his policy with his students, Thank You Abhijeet. I believe your question is confusing or its a typo. How will you speak a Language X by translating it to a Langauge Y?
Nevertheless, the thumb rule to talk about any language is to put your self into the situation and urgency to speak, when you will be in pressure words will come out automatically, or you will have a desire to search for words. If you take the help of a native language to speak the target language, it will make you lazy, and you will avoid practising. It is better to short communication and prepare your self for the words you are going to use.
