There was a communication gap which was effecting my work as my counterparts of Spain with whom I work and who reports me practically don't know English. I believe your question is confusing or its a typo. How will you speak a Language X by translating it to a Langauge Y?
Nevertheless, the thumb rule to talk about any language is to put your self into the situation and urgency to speak, when you will be in pressure words will come out automatically, or you will have a desire to search for words. If you take the help of a native language to speak the target language, it will make you lazy, and you will avoid practising. It is better to short communication and prepare your self for the words you are going to use.
