Yoga offers an effective antidote, promoting mental and emotional well-being. The combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation in yoga practices helps to alleviate stress, reduce anxiety, and build resilience.

With a stronger core, you're more likely to sit and stand "tall." Yoga also helps your body awareness. That helps you notice more quickly if you're slouching or slumping, so you can adjust your posture.

Practices within yoga, such as habit awareness during breathing, physical postures, and stillness, can help us better “see ourselves” as we practice and gradually shift our thoughts and behaviors for the better.
