I am a mechanical engineer and take classes for physics, chemistry & mathematics. Physics up to iit jee (main and advance) level and mathematics and chemistry up to iit jee main, puc (10+2). Having an experience of more than 7 years in one on one class. I take class for students of xi, xii (cbse and state board) and engineering aspirants (iit jee-main and advance). I take class of mathematics for cat or other mba entrance examinations. I have qualified gate (conducted by iit for m.Tech programs) in 2014. I had qualified aieee (all india engineering entrance examination) and joined mechanical engineering in 2005.

ANSWER- X=4, Y=9 SOLUTION, Let us assume that, X=a2 & Y=b2 Then eqn will be, a+b2 = 11, a=11-b2 & a2+b=7, put a=11-b2 in this equation Now the equation will be, b4-22b2+b+114=0 After solving this, (b-3)(b3+3b2-13b-38)=0 hence answer will be (b-3)=0, b=3 putting this in above equation, a=2 HenX=4... ...more
