My experience as a school teacher has developed a passion and personal commitment to three things: fostering a positive learning environment for students with various backgrounds, maximizing individual student performance and developing student interest in technology. I feel that I am a perfect match for the open Teacher position at M.A.K matriculation higher secondary school <br/>I developed highly effective lesson plans, motivational exercises and effective assessments that promoted interest and knowledge retention. I have also been highly successful in have helping children with special needs succeed academically and socially in mainstream classrooms. What my resume doesn't tell you, however, is the following: <br/> The technology club that I founded to encourage curiosity for computer science and engineering is the only after-school program that is consistently filled to capacity with student eager to learn computer skills and about technology trends. <br/> I stressed critical thinking and applied real-world examples to engage students, resulting in a 100% passing rate for the class. <br/> I've received calls from parents thanking me and emphasizing that their child is a "different child" thanks to the extra time I spent working with him or her and that I have the natural ability to engage students and make each one feel he or she is the only one in the room--which no small feat when teaching in overcrowded classrooms with 45 or more students!
