Hi, I'm working as system admin in a small environment for 7 yrs. Now I am looking for job change, attending interviews for vmware windows admin. In interview are taking for L3 level, asking in depth in AD, Patching, Clustering,server Hardening, server decomission, powershell etc with ITIL process end to end, from design to implementation.
Can anyone take L3 or L4 level windows training with MNC level work experience?

Hi Sasi Kumar,
If you want do your above mentioned requirements, go with perl or powershell scripting by using configuration tools like puppet, and chef automated tools.
Ex: Customer asked you to write a cook book to install windows win rar file in all client machines.
Solution: Write a cookbook in chef and place config in server and deploy the software to all required clients. I assume that Devops configuration manamgement tools can help to give best solutions for your requirements.
