We have always learnt languages which are native to us with ease. Now English is not a native language. Hence you need to be happy that you dare to speak the language that is not native to you. How many of us have that ability to talk in Telugu, Punjabi, Marathi, or any other language?
Since in the growing demand of the corporate culture, English holds a lot of importance. Hence it has become the need of the hour. To increase your fluency speak in English as much as possible, remember when you were a kid nobody taught you your mother tongue. You practised, failed and repeated this process many times.
Watching English movies without subtitles has also helped many people.
Refrain from translating your local language into English as that leads to errors.
