She has facilitated and coached clients from various industries, students from various Schools, Colleges and Universities across Western and Northern India and Abroad through hybrid (Online-Offline) mode and has also helped people develop their language and communication skills. Jagruti is a Graduate of Commerce from MSU- Vadodara, has Master's Diploma in Information Technology (Software Engineering) from TULEC and has a Master’s Degree - MCS in Mass-comm and Journalism from MSU – Vadodara, she has obtained certification in Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) from ANLP, Silva Mind Power Certification and also has enhanced her knowledge through learning different modalities and through obtaining various other certifications.

She has implemented training programs across various industries like Information Technology, Engineering as well and Health Care at all levels in Western and Northern India by training Clients’ employees on Personality Development, Goal Setting and Execution, Wheel of Life, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Campus to Corporate program, Business Communication, Business Etiquette, Team Building, Time Management, Negotiation Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Leadership & Motivation, Interviewing Skills, can cater to all most all softs skills, communication skill and HR and Business Development Skills etc
