It's too easy to learn. Nothing to worry. To achieve your dream you have to put your effect. Most of the IAS officers are from backwards school only. Go towards your dream.

English is not a big deal to preparing for UPSC. Start your preparation and to improve your English start reading Hindu newspaper and have a dictionary with you so that you can refer to it whenever you come across new words. That will help you lot.
