Danielle F.

I have a diverse background in education, leadership, and program development. For eight years, I worked in K-5 education, teaching math and literacy to underprivileged students and later transitioning into an instructional leadership role. In this capacity, I coached teachers on implementing standards-based curricula, developed school-wide initiatives like tutoring programs and clubs, and led professional development sessions focused on effective teaching strategies. I also have experience outside of academia as an office clerk, front desk staff at a wellness center, and support for a startup catering business, which strengthened my organizational, customer service, and project management skills. Currently, I'm pursuing my master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, expanding my expertise in behavior and learning strategies.
