I am a yoga practitioner and an authorized yoga teacher. I am offering online and offline yoga sessions to the students all around the globe. I am authorized to teach tradtional Ashtanga Yoga method. I have been into the fitness world for about ten years. I started my journey with power yoga and functional training for about four years. She finally found a permanent home in Ashtanga Yoga. After researching Ashtanga yoga, she developed in her a sudden desire to become a certified yoga teacher. She has received authorization from her teacher Sharath Jois from Sharath Yoga Centre,Mysore, the only authority, the lineage itself to offer authorizations and certifications in Ashtanga Yoga all around the world in December,2022. I hold an inclusive approach towards physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I am teaching global audiences to discover the power of Ashtanga yoga and set forth on a path for personal development.
