As an avid learner, I view learning as a continuous process of acquiring knowledge from various sectors or domains. For me, the term kinetic energy best describes this mindset because it implies constant motion and growth rather than stagnation.
As an International Student Advisor, my role involves facilitating communication with students to ensure their enrollment in their respective universities in the UK. Additionally, I provide guidance and support to students in developing their English language skills to enable them to study in an English-speaking country.
I have also contributed to train the new joiners to show them the insights of the account, requirements to fulfil the regular parameters. Also, supported other projects/accounts with the utmost priority and dedication when required. Collaborating with colleagues from different office locations, I ensure a friendly environment to achieve our goals.
I have led several global meetings, taking meeting minutes for future reference and preparing weekly and bi-weekly strategies to ensure successful call strategies. My performance has always met the daily and monthly KPI and QA set by the organization.
I have been recognized as the top performer for three consecutive months, a testament to my dedication and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Teaching is my passion and I dedicate myself to learn and tutor the students.
