Innovation research has flourished over the last 30 years. Innovative approaches which might formerly have been seen as inappropriate and disrespectful, have become increasingly sought by organizations attempting to compete in a fast-moving and changeable, globalized research environment.
So, how far has the body of innovation research come, what are its strengths and weaknesses, and what future directions would appear to offer most potential to extend our understanding of the causes and consequences of innovation processes?
Innovation research has undoubtedly progressed and advanced quite significantly over more recent years. It has shed light upon a number of factors at three levels of analysis—
- Individual,
- Workgroup
- Organization
Innovation is not new for our educational paradigm. Innovative approaches are the possible structured platform to study and think appropriately in various educational forms. As an individual, you have to work on your capabilities and ideas which will be leading innovation for you as well as for the society.
As working in a group, your group ideas and capabilities are more appropriate, innovative and skillfull in all the manner. As working together in an organization, your organization (School, Colleges etc.) your basic theme of ideas and cross cultural approach towards innovation will be truly empowered with the great level of skills. At basic level ( school) student should be well worse with the basic subject understanding and the appropriate ideas coming in their minds. When you go to college your basics will give you a platform for your high level understanding. As you grow your mind become also innovative with spectacular ideas which strengthen your basic capabilities and level of educational innovative approaches.
