Dear Nishantmadhavan, Punishing the student is not as simple as it looks. And What I believe, punishment is not right thing to cure the kids. We must analyse the reason behind the incomplete homework. It may be due to- 1) Poor understanding of subject. 2) Lack of Time 3) Lack of interest etc. Once you get behind the reason. other are simple steps to cure. If student is not understanding properly, try changing the teaching technique. If it is due to poor interest, try to attract them by giving rewards. Or if it is due to lack of time, try to help them in managing their schedule. Best of luck read less

Punishment is not beating or scolding. First of all find out the reasons and then give them activities that will inspire them to do their and sort out their problems. Students should feel that teacher us always there to help. Student should trust the teacher.
