There are a few Android apps and books that you can use to make your English better. Let's start with the books. For improving your vocabulary, you can refer to 'Word Power Made Easy' by Norman Lewis. For everything else, refer to 'The Elements of Style' by Strunk, W., Jr. and White, E.B. This is the best book for improving English speaking and writing skills that I have come across. It lays down the basic rules of English in the simplest and best manner. These books will help you develop a strong base in English. I recommend that you read a few good story books along with these books to see a practical application of what you're learning. You can purchase these books from local, digital or e-tail stores. Alternatively, you can download these books in the pdf format.

Now let's look into a few Android apps that can help you improve your English. 'Improve English: Word Games' is an app by Knudge.me that focusses on all-around English development of the user of the app. To test your knowledge of English and see where you need to improve, you can download 'Preposition Master' by Masterkey Games for prepositions and 'Sentence Master' by the same developer for testing and improving your sentence framing abilities. Both these apps are available in free and paid versions with the difference being the inclusion of a few annoying ads. You can also check other apps by the same developer. All of these apps are available in the Play Store.
