IdentityHi, I'm Ratheesh from Kerala, India. I've been in the field of Yoga since 2015. After completing my introductory course in Yoga, I did a Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University. After that, l started teaching beginner students. As I was keen to learn more, I completed 300 hours of TTC approved by Yoga Alliance International. I got the opportunity to teach students from India as well as abroad. Since I wished to explore Yoga in-depth and take my teaching career to the next level, I did 500 hours of US Yoga Alliance TTC. I've been teaching Basic, Intermediate and Advanced courses, Meditation classes, Teacher training courses in Yoga and some specialized courses like Yoga for Senior citizens, Yoga Therapy for various physiological and psychological disorders and Yoga for Kids. In addition to the regular classes, I'm doing online and in-person classes(home classes). In my group classes, individual attention is given to every student and a unique practice sequence is assigned to each of them based on their requirements, conditions, etc. I'm running a Yoga institution and learning more about Advanced yoga therapy.
I'm always focused on meeting the requirements of my students and resolving their issues. I assure my students that the classes will be an excellent experience for them, which will help to make them feel better and more connected to themselves.
