Your question about keeping safe and confidential information is not very clear.Please explain what information do you want to keep as confidential.
I think tutor gives his information about his qualification, age, what subject he teaches, how he teaches and whom he teaches and the charges he takes for it . The more the information goes to people the more beneficial for you.

Please be informed that, we do explicitly share the details with our trusted partners to have the credentials verified. However these partners are bound by our policy of confidentiality & at no point they will share these details with a third party or misuse it in any way. Tutor data as well as any documents are kept safe in our database and servers, which a very few trusted employees have access to. Only the data you see on a public profile of a tutor is available on the internet. Hope this answers your question. «less
