It depends on which firm you are in or in the next five years which company you will be in.
But as per the software, it is very user-friendly and is not dependent on another platform for creating charts and custom visuals. If we talk about learning, Preparing Dashboard ios very easy, Simple drag and drop will do the trick, but custom requirement like YoY Sales and any such conditions will require the learning of LOD (Level of Details).
The software is secure, but I will also recommend to have a fair idea or get knowledge about Power BI as well, which will help you greatly in the long run.
