I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and found the transformative effect of the practice on emotional, physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual well-being such that I was inspired to teach on the transcendental yoga, which is the topmost of all yoga system.

This unique approach to yoga is to use the practice as an anchor of awareness in an ever more fragmented world, to help students stay connected to their true selves, through their bodies, minds and spirits. I also work as a yoga retreat chef which has led me to explore the benefits of diet, movement and breath as holistic tools to help us skilfully navigate life's changes. The classes provide an accessible practice for beginner, intermediate and advanced students to explore and develop their body,mind, intellect & spirit in connection with the Supreme soul.
