I am taking PCM stream in class XI how can I do to get a government job in civil.

Give entrance exam after 12th and take admission in a reputed college to do bachelors in civil engineering after completing graduation fill forms of various govt jobs or apply through GATE.

Not only study for long duration is enough but to do practice tests previous year papers, speed and luck is necessary for SSC.
