Hi Latha, In the first place I would like to mention that the time required by anybody to learn a skill is not quantifiable in terms of days/weeks/months, it depends on the amount and time and dedication that you are willing to put into your learning. Hi Latha, In the first place I would like to mention that the time required by anybody to learn a skill is not quantifiable in terms of days/weeks/months, it depends on the amount and time and dedication that you are willing to put into your learning. I have seen people with not so good communication, polish up their skills and present themselves confidently in meetings and client conferences within weeks. On the contrary some people were not able to bring themselves up to the level even after years. Believe me dear, it depends only on your eagerness to learn and your desperation. If you are really inclined to learn something new, I am sure you will be able to do that just within some time. Keep working hard and follow some basic techniques as is already mentioned in the forum. Regards, Subhajit
