Sub: Request for Transfer Certificate for my ward W S Pradyun, 1st Std. â??Bâ?? Section.

First of all I thank you very much for the education and coaching given to my ward in the last 3 years in your renowned school. Having said this, with a lot of pain, I am writing this request letter to you, due to some unavoidable circumstances.

As I have been transferred to Gulf in my organization, I am forced to shift my entire family there immediately. Because of this I will not be able to continue my wardâ??s schooling in St.Brittoâ??s hereinafter. Hence I request you to kindly accept my letter and provide me his Transfer Certificate (TC) immediately and oblige.

I have every hope that the basic coaching what you have extended in your school in all these 3 years would certainly pave the way for his bright future. I need your immediate concurrence and help in this regard to get the TC of my ward, if possible, by today itself.
