Both Oracle and MS SQL are equally great. If you already know MS SQL, you could stick to that. Try to master advance SQL topics like procedures, functions, cursors and also try to be strong in basics like joins and String functions. It would be an added advantage if you additionally learn DBA stuff along with SSIS/SSRS/SSAS.

Hi Santhosh,
If the choice is between Oracle and MS SQL server, I would recommend Oracle. Oracle is more widely used than peers especially for enterprise solutions in MNCs like JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, BNP, Citi, BOA etc.
I would also recommend you focus on Object stores and NoSQL database, especially with Big Data flavours like MongoDB, Post GreSQL, Hadoop etc.
