1st Do not treat the language as your enemy,think of it as a chance to learn something new. It’s not rocket science 

2nd Observe and listen to the pattern of speech being spoken by various people on tv or any media.

3rd Stop worrying about what people think about your way of speaking the biggest victory is just by trying.

4th Break down the content, Speak in short simple sentences, don’t have to use any big words.

5th Be clear on what you want to express and don’t worry of making mistakes that’s how you learn.

6th & Final don’t think of sentences in your mother tounge and repeat in English rather build simple sentence by unlearning the mother tounge influence and be confindent.
