It's not difficult to learn communication English. At the same time it's not easy either. Then what's it?
If it's not your mother tongue or a natural language spoken by you in your community (family, friends, school, etc) then it's a second language / foreign language.
A felt need can generate the interest to learn English. It may be an urgent need or a distant need. If you develop genuine interest, you will find many ways to learn the language. Learning to speak fluent English and communicating well would boost your confidence level and help to improve overall personality.
Try to shed any inhibitions and take step by step concrete action. A language cannot be learnt over night or in a short span. You need to be in touch with the language and constantly practice it.
Start listening carefully to all English communication; if required, repeatedly in the beginning. Try to understand the communication in relation to its context. Try to understand the sentence structure, grammar, vocabulary, etc.

Simultaneously develop reading skills. Read aloud and understand the overall meaning. Later follow the silent reading and understanding method. Guess the words and meanings and then check its correctness using a Cambridge or Oxford Dictionary. Look up the thesaurus for synonyms and antonyms to improve vocabulary.
Then develop the writing skills. Start small with a core idea and scale up. Repeatedly edit using better sentence structure, grammar and vocabulary to improve the language used.
Be bold and confident. Take the help of all the resources available. Search the internet for right information. Take the help of family, friends, classmates, teachers.
Last but not the least, take the guidance of any professional trainer. That could speed up the process.
