It's fun to learn new things, if we make a perfect blend of traditional and modern methods.
Learning a language can be easy if you listen to children stories, read books and also watch Disney movies with subtitles. This is the 1st stage then start listening to the news, reading newspapers and watching English shows and movies. Try adding five words a day to your list, understand its dictionary meaning and in context sense. And use it. Using newly learnt vocabulary will help you remember it.

By spoken English, if you mean wanting to be able to speak English fluently, start practising with native speakers. There are many groups on Facebook where you could find native speakers to practice with. If you are too shy to reach out to native speakers, you can take private English classes, and then move on to group classes as you get more confidence.
If you are taking private/group classes, always ask for a trial class/barging session, so you'd be familiar with the accent, teaching method, and how skilled the teacher is. Never get deceived by the experience and qualifications of the teachers - judge it live and then join.
