IdentityI am a a meditation teacher who wants to bring you out of your limited ‘little self’.I have created customised meditation programmes suited for every individual type, I like to focus on the individual’s pattern of thinking, help him/her to go beyond one’s limitations and boundaries so that one is able to live a rich life. Meditation is a pause button and not just another activity you do for a specified result. I like to teach vedic philosophy, zen, Buddhism and various other schools of thought so that one may get a complete understanding so that one is able to put the ancient teachings to practice in one’s day to day life and not just understand them theoretically.
I have taught meditation to many over the past 1 year, I teach various types of meditation for relaxation, concentration and general mental fitness, I teach online and have flexible timings.
