My key skills are to Spread happy & healthy smiles - Enhance one's Physical and mental health through health counselling,healthy,delicious and nutritious diet charts, "CLASSICAL YOGA and PRANAYAMA" Techniques.

Recently participated as yoga volunteer on International Day of Yoga - 2022 at Portblair. Blessed to share my experience in yoga,taught about "Stress management & Yoga camps" for Medical students,Navy Childern school in Portblair ( Andaman & Nicobar Islands- INDIA).
