Principles of management are a set of guidelines and practices that help managers to plan,organise, lead and control an organization.It is a broad and general guidline for decision making and behaviour. Some of the basic principle of management is Division of work ,Authority and responsibility,Discipline,Unity of Command ,Unity of direction and Remuneration.But when we talk about principles of management we definatly talk about Henri Fayol. For his contribution in the field of management he is also know as the "Father of General Management". He propounded the  14 principles of management. These principles are ;-1 . Division Of work ,2.
