SBI has introduced sectional timing for three of the sections which is 20 minutes each, and is supposed to be the score reducer for many. Let's understand both the aspects-
Will the sectional timing reduce total number of attempts?
Yes! There would be an adverse effect of this new pattern which will obviously reduce the speed and the number of attempts of an aspirant.
Scoring good marks is not that tough but you only have 20 minutes which is very less.
Can there be a strategy to be safe if something goes wrong or the examination is tough?
Yes! this examination is now a strategy and intellectual based, although there is no sectional cut off, still you would have to make a steel strong strategy to score handsome marks:
1. Although you do not need to worry about the sectional cut off but it should not be forgotten that if you tried to attend each and every question, it'll cost you 0.25 marks for every wrong answer
2. Each section is equally important now. Yes! All the aspirants are indirectly trapped by allotting equal time to each section so that they willingly make mistakes by attempting more and more questions. You obviously have to score good but if you've done with one section and have satisfactorily done a number of questions but still left with some time then please do not be gready and compromise with your accuracy.
3. Do not get panic! if the examination is tough then everyone would be facing the same situation you are in
4. Make a target and put your efforts to get around 16 marks on an average in each section.
