Both modules are using for different domain,SAP FI is perfect who are working as accounting profession couple of years,and have strong knowledge about debit credit(not for b.com fresher student).They can succeed after done SAP FI,For SAP CO,is the most challenging part of SAP FICO Module,if any one have costing exposure,CO would be the best.
For SAP PP,require manufacturing plant production related experience or mechanical engineering degree suitable to understand this module.
Now,you can able to judge by yourself,which one is match as per your education and level of interest.
If non of above is match to your profile,go for either SAP SD or MM.Both are easy to understand.
