You can either learn SAP ABAP, ABAP on HANA along with webdynpro & workflow etc. as a development consultant. Or else you can learn SAP HANA (HANA Architecture, Modelling, Reporting, Data provisioning and replication, Different tools) as an application consultant. Expertise in core modules along with good knowledge in latest SAP products will be beneficial.
