Answer Your 3years BPO experience doesn't give any addition nor value for learning SAP and start working. . If you're good and interested in coding go with ABAP. If not switch to functional where you have wide opportunities such as SD, MM, FICO, WM, PS and many more. Finally it depends on you like what to go for.

To work in SAP oriented jobs, you need to look at freaher openings because it is not easy to get in without SAP experience. If you have any opportunity that will use your 3 years work experience, then it will be good.
