Hi Lokesh,
You are having good domin experience. So if you want to start your carrier as SAP MM Consultant all you have to do is start. Start learning and commit yourself that you will become consultant and work towards that. When the oppertunity comes you will be considered based on your knowledge and domain experience.
About English, as long as you are having passion towards anything nothing is impossible. There are may ways available to learn English. But how much time you are spending per day towards learning that matters.

You are in an advantageous position as you have been working on Whare House processes, good choice to learn SAP, you can join a training ( Certification or Non cerrtification oriented) and there are lot of resources offered by SAP for self learning like help.sap.com , open.sap.com for Moocs courses
Once you have hands on practice on MM/WM modules in SAP start applying for the jobs and I am very optimistics that based on your domain back ground you will definitely have a visibility in the job market, wish you a great time in learning and job search
