If you are really serious about SAP HCM (earlier HR), I would recommend you to goto Hyderabad once for a day or two. A place called Ameerpet in Hyderabad is a SAP training hub. It is famous across India. Spend time finding good institute with online training option. Believe me the content they train and the fee they charge is really considerable.
