Hello Sravani,
It really doesn't matter which module has more demand in the market; what matters is your qualification's stream and domain experience which matches the SAP module.
To answer your question, let me clarify Logistic and finance modules are mostly implemented in the manufacturing and process industry. They can add an HR module based on the requirement.
And service based industry mandatory use SAP HR module. So both modules have high demand considering both industries growth prospects. As per experience MM always in more need.
