I read your requirement . If you want to go with SAP module you can opt HR Functional . Let me tell you in any sap module there are technical as well as functional consultants . Functionals do not know coding part , they directly deals with client requirement . You can move to functional part . it has many scope . later if u develops interest move to coding section also . then u become techno functional consulatant.
