Overview

I have three years of experience as a yoga instructor. I am proud to say that I have completed a diploma and obtained certification in yoga. The practice of yoga has always been a significant part of my life, thanks to my mother and sister, both yoga instructors. Their influence on me and my inherent passion for the discipline have shaped my journey as a yoga teacher.
I have had the privilege of teaching yoga online and offline, catering to individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of expertise. I strive to create an engaging and enriching experience for my students through interactive classes. My approach to teaching is centred around fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and motivated to explore the depths of their practice.
In my online classes, I leverage technology to connect with students from around the world. Through video conferencing platforms, I can demonstrate yoga poses, provide real-time feedback, and guide students through their practice, just as I would in a physical setting. I believe that despite the virtual medium, it is essential to establish a personal connection with each student and understand their unique needs and goals. For my offline classes, I have set up a dedicated yoga studio where students can experience yoga's benefits firsthand. The ambience is carefully designed to promote relaxation, focus, and tranquillity. I create customised lesson plans tailored to the abilities and aspirations of my students, ensuring that each session is challenging yet attainable. By incorporating a blend of traditional and contemporary yoga practices, I strive to keep my classes dynamic and inspiring.
As a yoga instructor, my ultimate goal is to empower individuals to embrace a holistic approach to wellness. I firmly believe that yoga is not just a physical exercise but a transformative journey that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. My teachings aim to instil mindfulness, cultivate inner strength, and promote overall well-being. Running is a good exercise it's higher your metabolism and makes your body fit . In the other hand yoga is combination of exercise and breathing techniques. In running you don't have to control your breathing but in several meditation and mudras you have to control it and by that you are actually controling... ...more

Running is a good exercise it's higher your metabolism and makes your body fit . In the other hand yoga is combination of exercise and breathing techniques. In running you don't have to control your breathing but in  several meditation and mudras you have to control it and by that you are actually controling your whole body , functions of organs and BMR also . Yoga also make your mind calm and make you spiritually stable by these practices. So now you decide.
