I started teaching in 2010-11 at Marymount school in mizoram from grade- 3 to 8. I used to teach them hindi, and GK. Then I started teaching in Graceland school from 2011-2015, I used to teach them Hindi. Then from 2015-2016 started teaching in kendriya Vidyalaya, I was their class teacher. I used to teach social studies, and English. I enjoyed a lot teaching students is fun and of course it's learning too. After that in 2016 I take a break to continue my b.ed but still I used to give tution to the kids from class 3 to 5 . I start teaching again in school from September 2019 till date Hindi and Gk. Before taking up the the classes I do my research on that particular topic and class and then only I start teaching. Before start teaching I also conduct baseline test to know the level of children so that I can start students according to their understanding and take it to higher level. I used different TLM in classes. My classes are interactive and student centred based. I appreciate children asking question related to study or topic. I give extra effort so that children can learn properly. I used to conduct extra curricular activities too. I love to expand my knowledge and learn new things. I always support my colleagues in various ways. Children love to study when they can understand and learn fast. Even if we start learning something and could not see success than we fill boring or nervous so same goes with the kids too they will love a subject when they find it easier to learn.
