I am a post graduate in English Literature and Psychology along with Bachelors in English Literature, English Language and Psychology.

Prior to Dubai, I had worked in India as Trainer (process/TTT) in Convergys India Services (Now, known as Concentrix) for six years.

I had been conducting behavioral and soft skill training along with IELTS, TOEFL, Grammar and Spoken English coaching in India/Dubai during my work tenure.
