I did my schooling in a convent, namely, St. Kevin's Anglo Indian High School, Royapuram, Chennai 600013. I had a good command of English even then, and my last job in the Visa Section of the British Deputy High Commission gave me an excellent opportunity to hone my skills as I had direct interaction with British Diplomats for sixteen years. I handled all the correspondence in the office. I have an excellent level of spoken English and I have taught English conversation to an Italian lady who was not able to speak even a few words in Englsh picked up the language after just a month. My first job was a lecturer at Davar's College of Commerce, chennai where I taught English as one of the subjects. I had devised the syllabus and question paper for the students. I have the required experience and skill to coach students in English grammar, written English and spoken english.
