shivani... hi.. frst of all its gd to see that u r gaining interest in dance... if u go for my suggestion dn do 1 thng.. check different dance videos in youtube.. jst dn select the form whch u liked the most... dn proceed ahead

What is the average fee charged by the teachers, if one decides to learn.

it depends on the academy where u gonna join... but minimum its 500 and maximum 15000
