"Mr Harveer kumar is a passionate, motivation and well trained yoga teacher who gives me some yoga classes and teaches me how to be energized during the office hours. During the surge of Covid pandemic, when I was at home . I talked over phone, video chats for some basic yoga class to keep my self healthy. Apart from yoga teacher, He also nutritional tutor. When to take and how much to take. He guide me properly. "

"I am being really honest when I say that his teachings are the main reason behind my interest in Yoga. I didn't know ABC of yogasanas when I first met him. In a short span of time, he taught me several asanas with so much ease. Besides teaching yoga, he also taught me pre-requisites of yoga and how to improve flexibility. Even difficult poses became easy under his guidance. His focus is also on syncing breath with yoga poses which enhances the asanas.
