"In this one month I have seen lots of changes in me. My sugar level has gone down, I feel energetic the whole day. My knee and back problem has also decreased a lot. All thanks to ma'am, she is very talented. She motivates and inspires us to do the class on regular basis. The class is so lively that I never get tired while doing the excercise. This class is a blend of streching, cardio, zumba and yoga which increases my interest in doing the class. Now I can proudly say that from my hectic day I am giving at least 1 hour for myself and this give me lots of confidence .Thanks a lot ma'am."

"Rashmi Ma'am is an expert Zumba teacher, who makes the class very enjoyable. Her energetic movements bring in positivity and uplifts the mood. Demo class was excellent and I have enrolled her classes. She cooperates in understanding the need of the student and goes with workout that would suit the body structure of student. Hoping to loose considerable number of kilos under guidance Rashmi Ma'am. I must say under the guidance of Rashmi Ma'am, I have lost 3.5 kgs of weight in just 1 month. She is incredible and a great motivator. I enjoy her class thoroughly."
